The Oakridge/Westfir environment holds the interest of visitors year-round. Outdoor recreation is our specialty! Autumn’s cooler weather is a great time to find edible mushrooms, take the side-by-side out for ride, enjoy an invigorating trail run, or hike along the streams where salmon are spawning. In Winter, guests find plenty of untracked snow just 27 miles away for snowmobiling, snowboarding, skiing, back country skiing, and snowshoeing. In Spring and Summer there are so many choices, a week may not be enough time to sample the breadth of trails, lakes, creeks, waterfalls, hot springs, and wildlife in the forest.
