Oakridge Westfir FEAST: together we can grow a stronger, more equitable, more resilient local food system for our community. Thanks also for your patience, we know you’ve been excited to hear back!
So many inspiring project ideas came out of our first brainstorming event!
Important announcement:
The upcoming FEAST Action-Planning Potluck has been moved to Wednesday, June 26th, 6-8pm at Greenwaters Park. The goal of this meeting will be to (1) focus projects down to a 1 year actionable timescale (“We could do this right now!”) (2) start getting the seed funding out!
If you missed the first FEAST event, you are absolutely still welcome to contribute your thoughts, join existing Focus Groups, propose a new project and/or come to the June 26th Potluck. Feel free to forward this message to friends that wanted but weren’t able to make it.
If you’re motivated and want to meet with your Focus Group(s), we warmly encourage you to do so. If you are ready to launch a project vision, get seed funding and/or receive support sooner, let us know.
